Tax Relief Helpers SMS Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for SMS Campaign
Effective Date: August 31, 2026

Program Description

Tax Relief Helpers sends one-to-one text messages (SMS and RCS) to people who ask us for help with IRS or state tax debt. There are two separate opt-ins. Checking the required text message consent box on a consultation request form on one of our websites, or replying YES to a message from us, opts you in to service messages about your request: confirmation of a scheduled call, a note when we tried to call and could not reach you, reminders about documents we are waiting on, and check-ins from the representative you spoke with. Checking the separate optional promotional messages box opts you in to marketing messages, such as consultation offers and invitations to schedule a free consultation. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will not receive any more texts from us. To join again, reply START to that number or check the text message consent box on one of our forms. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you are not responsible for messages sent to your old number; tell us at info@taxreliefhelpers.com or (800) 659-6706 and we will stop messaging that number.

Help and Support

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing us at info@taxreliefhelpers.com or calling us at (800) 659-6706.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will not receive more than one marketing message per day.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Data Sharing

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
